How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. Orders typically ship out within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Our international shipping rate is $10.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] for a return authorization code. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization code. 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes are allowed for billing purposes only, but orders must be shipped to a standard address.
